Delivering & Returns

What is to be expected after placing an order?

When we send the order to the delivering company, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Their system typically take 24 hours to be updated so don't worry if the tracking number does not work in this period.

In the case that you have not received your package after 7 days, please contact us so we can find a solution.

 

How are the products being the delivered?

We primarily use GLS for our delivery services, and it is free of charge to deliver to a "pakkeshop" all around Denmark and home delivery brings additional cost of 39 kr for orders over 300 kr. 

When ordering under 300 kr, the delivery to "pakkeshop" will bring additional cost of 49 kr and delivery to home will bring additional cost of 99 kr in Denmark.

 

Can I return my product?

We provide a 100% guarantee for a better sleep, but please keep in mind that for some, it may take 14 days before experiencing the effect of the products. Therefore, we hope that you put trust in the product's potential, as proven with the scientific studies.

However, if you wish to return the products after receiving them, please contact us at info@ncquality.dk.

Please note that return and refund can take effect only up to 14 days after receiving the products. 

 

Maintenance

How to maintain and wash the products?

We would highly recommend that you maintain the products so that the product can take care of you! As per the label on the products, it is highly recommended that you do as follows:

  • Use pH neutral detergent
  • Machine wash delicate 30 degrees Celsius (delicates wash bag recommended)
  • Alternatively, hand wash 30 degrees Celsius
  • Dry clean - no trichloroethylene
  • Iron low heat steam or dry
  • Do not bleach
  • Do not tumble dry

How does the discount code work?

You can insert the discount code at the check-out to receive the discount.

 

Can I pay with an EAN number?

Yes! If you are a public institution and wish to pay with an EAN number, you can contact us via mail (info@ncquality.dk). Thereafter, will be make an order with an invoice to the EAN number.

When writing to us, please indicate the EAN number, the product of choice and quantity, and the delivery address.
